At Ülker, management means channeling the dynamism of the Group’s companies in line with Ülker’s vision and values.
Ülker entered a new growth era in the 1990s and this necessitated a restructuring strategy of devolving responsibility and authority away from central management to a highly professional and effective management approach emphasizing authority sharing and cooperation. Consequently, Ülker employs a set of fast, results-oriented management principles designed to run the integrated structure of its groups in the most efficient way.
Ülker’s founder and honorary chairman, Mr. Sabri Ülker, continues to guide the Ülker family with his valuable ideas. He represents experience in management. He occasionally joins Executive Board meetings and shares his ideas with group managers.
The Board of Directors is at the center of the Group’s management. The Board is responsible for making and following up on important, corporate-level decisions, for monitoring the company’s performance and coordinating its integrated structure.
