Affiliates

Companies that the Ülker Group of Companies takes a share in but has no managerial control over termed ‘affiliates’. Assessments of the operations and performance of affiliates are undertaken by the Committee of Affiliates.

In addition to the four group presidents and the Committee of Affiliates, the head of the Audit Group, General Manager of Corporate Communications, the Human Resources General Manager, and the Commerce and Media General Manager report directly to the Holding’s top management.
