Ülker's Values

Ülker was formed 63 years ago around the idea that “everyone, no matter where he or she lives, has a right to a good childhood” and at the centre of Ülker’s values rests an abiding respect for “people and society”. In all its relations with society and individuals, Ülker operates legally and ethically. Ülker is managed according to these values, which were instigated by the Group’s founder, Sabri Ülker, and have been reinforced by the experience of 63 years. These values have turned Ülker from being a small biscuit production facility into an integrated food company and they will guide it into the future.
