Our employees are at the core of our sustainability activities. Therefore, We develop sustainable approaches for our employees and their engagement. We know that We can achieve success through the collective effort built by the contributions from each of our employees.  As a team, We strive for the same goal. We keep our focus on people and offer an environment where new skills can develop.

We strive for the pursuit of happiness for society and,  our employees. We want to achieve our sustainability  goals together with our employees who adopt our sustainability principles. We target to increase the happiness and satisfaction of our colleagues to please our consumers.

It is important for us that our employees exercise their right to unionize, and in 2016, We were able to increase the unionization rate to 100%. Opinions of our factory employees regarding working conditions are very important to us. Our Industrial Relations Boards consist of factory managers,  the department of human resources, union representatives and workers.  Our boards discuss issues such as productivity, occupational safety, relationships with supervisors, and comfort.

We constantly invest in human resources for our employees, to adapt to evolving global trends, and increase our competitiveness.  We try to develop our employee’ skills with applications that support them, just as We aim to bring new talents on our team.  We offer employees a working environment where they feel healthy and safe, respecting human rights and promoting equal opportunity and diversity.  In this endeavor, We take use the Sustainable Development Target Plan as a guide.

SUSTAINABILITY APPROACH AND PILLARS

Since our foundation, we have seen sustainability as an integral part of our business through our understanding of making happy becomes happiness. We work together with all our stakeholders in our value chain to develop and grow.  Our work in this field can be categorized under six pillars: Environment, Value Chain, Employees, Innovation, Social Responsability and Leadership.

On this journey, we refer to the goals we set for 2024 and the sustainability principles developed by us under these six pillars. We closely monitor national and international agendas and global trends with the pupose of contributing to the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.  We believe that sustainability efforts will only be successful if all companies and employees can adopt them.
