Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- 3 table spoons cream
- 5 water glass milk
- 2 table spoons flour
- 2 table spoons wheat starch
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g Ülker White Chocolate Flakes
- 1 water glass granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 packet McVitie’s Saklıkoy Classic Biscuits
Method
Wash, peel, and slice the strawberries.
Place McVitie’s Saklıkoy Classic Biscuits into a food processor/mixer and crush down into large chunks. Mix milk, sugar, flour, wheat starch, cream, and egg together in a deep saucepan and heat. Mix continuously until it reaches the consistency of a thick custard. Add 1 packet vanilla, and Ülker White Chocolate Flakes and mix again.
Divide biscuit crumbs into set of ice cream bowls. Add custard to each bowl. Arrange the strawberries around each bowl with the sliced faces pointing outwards. Fill each bowl with custard (leave an inch of space at rim). Line with biscuit crumbs and the remaining strawberries. Place in fridge for 3 – 4 hours, then serve
