790 Teams at bizz@kampüs Competed for Dankek
The winner of the "bizz@kampüs” where the innovative marketing ideas developed by the 3rd, 4th year and graduate students of universities for Ülker's most well-known brands compete, is The "InnoTeam" team with the project created for "Ülker Dankek". The top 3 teams in the competition, to which more than 1800 students from 115 different colleges and 790 teams applied, received rewards totaling 127.500 TL and the right to do long-term internships.
The winners of bizz@kampüs, an annual competition for 12 years for innovative marketing campaigns related to a different Ülker brand, have been revealed. This year, 'bizz@kampüs', where third- and fourth-year college students and graduate students competed for the "Ülker Dankek" brand, received applications from 790 teams and more than 1800 students from 115 different universities. Melike Koygun and Öykü İsmail, students in the Management Engineering and Business departments at Bahçeşehir University, established the "InnoTeam" team, which won the competition. While the "Dorado" team's project, created by students studying industrial engineering at Bilkent University named Alper Can Ylmaz, Merve Öztürk, and Nazife İlkin Uslu, was awarded second place; The third place was awarded to the "Stars" squad, which included Yıldız Technical University students Ayça Hacıoğlu and Emine Ervan.
Senior executives from Ülker shared the excitement of the youth at the online final event of bizz@kampüs, where innovative ideas competed. Mete Buyurgan, CEO of Ulker, announced the first winning team; Faruk Gözleveli, Vice President of Human Resources announced the second-place winner team and Mustafa Kabakçı, Chief Marketing Officer, announced the third-place winning team. The first team got 50 thousand TL, the second team 42 thousand 500 TL, and the third team 35 thousand TL, in total 127 thousand 500 TL, in a competition where the top three finishers were given the chance to participate in a long-term internship.
Buyurgan: Significant pre-employment experience
Ülker CEO Mete Buyurgan emphasized that the bizz@kampüs competition gives a significant experience chance for students interested in marketing in Turkey and added this statement: "The bizz@kampüs has entered its 12th year with the participation of thousands of students so far. Every year, with the help of professional supervision, our students have the chance to study all the intricacies of project development in marketing. After months of preparation, we heard valuable ideas from our participants about our Dankek brand. I believe that this project, which I attach great importance to, contributes to the creativity of university students, and that with the training they receive, they gain important experience and competence before their professional life. With their successful ideas and presentations, the dynamism, different perspectives and approaches of the young people participating in the competition reinforce my opinion. I sincerely congratulate the teams that applied to bizz@kampüs and my young friends in the 3 teams who successfully passed all the stages and came out one step ahead of the other participants.”
