Brilliant ideas to compete for oneo at bizz@kampus
University students can now apply to bizz@kampüs –Pladis’ contest for brilliant ideas.
University students from across Türkiye can now apply to bizz@kampüs – Pladis’ contest for brilliant ideas. They have until January 25, 2019 to send their applications to www.bizzkampus.com. This year, they have to come up with projects for Ülker Oneo.
Every year, bizz@kampüs gives university students the chance to come up with innovative marketing ideas for a different Ülker brand. The contest is in its eighth year this year. So far, the jury has received projects from some 9,693 teams (28,596 students).
Pladis Türkiye’s Vice President of HR, Faruk Gözleveli stated that bizz@kampüs gives students real marketing experience before they start their professional lives: “Students gain real experience. They learn how to create and work in teams, come up with creative ideas, and manage as well as present projects. The four and a half month-journey is full of excitement to the very end. First, they declare project goals. Next, they brainstorm. Finally, they do their presentations. The experience also encourages them to better themselves. We’re delighted to be able work closely with young people, introduce ourselves to them, and get to know them. We believe that the experience they gain will contribute to a culture of innovation, which is key to development.”
Opportunity for Internship and Employment
Undergrad and Master’s students alike are allowed to form teams of 2 or 3 members. To compete, they must come up with ideas for Ülker’s Oneo product. Projects must feature a product, design, packaging, slogan, strategy, and communication plan. The top three teams will be awarded cash prizes worth TL 20,000, TL 15,000 and TL 10,000. They’ll also get the opportunity to do a long-term internship and even work for Pladis. Last year’s contest focused on Ülker Metro. First prize went to team Energenius (Boğaziçi University and Istanbul University) and second place went to team Conception team (Yeditepe University). Team mADcap (Ege University) walked home with third prize.
