Ülker’s explanation about Delgado
Beşiktaş’s main sponsor Ülker, responds to recent stories in the press that indicate Argentinean footballer Delgado will go to a different team, and explains that all transfer authority belongs only to the Black and Whites.
An announcement from Ülker reads, “We are proud to be the main sponsor of our Beşiktaş club. Recently there have been some allegations in the press about star player Matias Emilio Delgado and our group. The authority to transfer any player belongs entirely to our Beşiktaş club, and the Ülker Group has never and will never intervene in the processes of the club.”
