UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WILL COMPETE FOR ÜLKER ÇOKONAT AT BİZZ@KAMPÜS CONTEST
‘Bizz@kampüs’ contest, which has become a stage for the rivalry of innovative marketing ideas for the most favourite Ülker brands, is 11 years old... This year, 3rd and 4th year university students and postgraduates will compete for Çokonat, one of the iconic flavours of Ülker. In the contest intended for finding a marketing-focused innovative idea, an award in the amount of 75,000 TRY and a long term internship right will be granted to the teams, who would rank among the top three.
In the ‘bizz@kampüs’ competition, where innovative marketing projects related to Ülker brand are created every year, the university students will compete for Çokonat this time. The applications for the competition, which will be held for the 11th time, shall be accepted between January 6th and February 9th, 2022. 3rd and 4th year university students and postgraduates will compete in two and three-person groups and go head to head with each other to find marketing-focused creative ideas. The students will gain experiences about teamwork, developing innovative ideas, planning a project in all steps and presentation. In the contest, where the applications will be received via bizzkampus.com website, a long-term internship opportunity shall be given to those who would rank among the top three, 75,000 TRY shall be given to the winners in total, that is to say, 30,000 TRY to the champion, 25,000 TRY to the first runner-up and 20,000 TRY to the second runner-up.
Approximately 35,000 students have applied for the competition until today
Faruk Gözleveli, Human Resources Vice President of Ülker-Pladis Türkiye, who said that bizz@kampüs competition had attracted increasing attention every year, told that “Approximately 35,000 students, who study at 180 different universities and 158 different departments, have applied for bizz@kampüs competition until today, in which approximately 10,000 teams had competed with each other in the previous decade. The number of the applicants, who applied for our competition, has been 3704 with an increase of 28% in 2021. We are overjoyed to see that the interest in our competition has increased over the years. In the previous years; successful project owners have competed for Biskrem, Ülker Chocolate, Ülker Chocolate Wafer, Dankek 8 Cake, Cafe Crown, Krispi, Metro, Oneo, Halley and lastly Hanımeller products. Our contestants will create a project for marketing communication of Ülker Çokonat this time. An online marketing workshop shall be held along with the teams, who would make it to the semi-finals with the participation of the leading names of marketing and communication industry. We will support the finalist teams with mentorship and presentation trainings, additionally. We will hold our final events online this year, too. I believe that our young people, who attend bizz@kampüs competition, shall gain a significant experience from which they would benefit throughout their career. I wish all participants success and would like to mention that we already get excited for the ideas they would present.”
