Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • 12 strawberries
  • 100 g Ülker Dark Couverture (Baking) Chocolate
  • 50 g Ülker White Chocolate Flakes
  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional – for decoration)


Break the Ülker Dark Couverture Chocolate bar up into small pieces and place in a glass bowl. Place the bowl on a saucepan filled with boiling water and melt the chocolate bain-marie style.

Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Dip each one in the melted chocolate and lay on a sheet of baking paper.

Set aside for 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Melt Ülker White Chocolate Flakes in a separate bowl using the bain-marie method. Pour the melted chocolate into a cone made from baking paper. Drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries. Place in the fridge until you’re ready to serve them.
