Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

15-20 Portion 10-12 Minute


  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g butter (Soft)
  • 1 tea galls icing sugar
  • 1 table spoon water
  • 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • ½ table spoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 water glass walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 60g Ülker Chocolate Drops (dark)
  • 300 g flour


Place the butter and the egg yolks in a mixing bowl. Mix well with your hands. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder, icing sugar, and water, and continue mixing. Add cinnamon powder and walnuts. Then gradually pour the flour in.

Thoroughly knead the ingredients into a ball of dough that neither sticks to your hands nor is too firm.

Next, pour in Ülker Chocolate Drops and knead again.

Break off small pieces from the dough and roll them with the palm of your hand. Form thin discs by gently pressing down them. Place the raw cookies on a tray lined with bakery/parchment paper. Place in oven (pre-heated to 180 oC/365 oF) and bake until golden brown.
