Supangle / Angel Food Cake Log

  • 1 packet Dankek Chocolate Cake Log
  • 1 kg milk
  • 1 water glass granulated sugar
  • 2 table spoons Ülker Cacao Powder
  • 3 table spoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 table spoons butter
  • 1 table spoons Çokokrem
  • 1/2 packet Ülker Dark Couverture/Baking Chocolate
  • Ülker Dark Chocolate Drops – for garnish


Heat milk and sugar together in a saucepan over low heat – mix well. Pour flour and cacao powder into a mixing bowl. Transfer half of the heated milk and sugar into the flour mixture, and whisk into a smooth batter - there shouldn’t be any lumps.

Bring the remaining milk and sugar mixture to a boil and pour into the flour mixture. Add butter and chocolate. Whisk everything together until chocolate melts.

Cut a Dankek Chocolate Log into thin slices. Place the slices in several dessert cups – two per cup. Fill each cup with the cake batter. Set aside, first at room temperature and then in the fridge until cakes set and are cool enough to eat. Serve.

Feel free to garnish with nutmeg, crushed nuts, or chocolate chips.
