Ingredients
- 200g Ülker Dark Couverture/Baking Chocolate
- 125 ml cream
- 2 packets Ülker Saklıkoy Classic Biscuits
- 100 g butter or margarine
- ½ tea glass icing sugar
- Chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
Method
Mix cream and Ülker Dark Couverture Chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat until they melt. After chocolate melts completely, add butter and icing sugar (by sifting) and mix again, thoroughly. After all ingredients mix properly, remove from heat and let is cool. Pour Ülker Saklıköy Classic Biscuits into a separate bowl and crush. Add to melted chocolate along with chopped hazelnuts or walnuts. Mix everything well into a smooth batter. Pour batter over cling wrap or into a cake mould. Roll into log. Place in the fridge and let it set. Slice your mosaic cake. Feel free to garnish with chocolate sauce and pistachios.
