2-4 Portion 20 Minute 10 Minute
Ingredients
- 150 g Ülker Dark Couverture/Baking Chocolate
- 150 g Ülker White Chocolate Flakes
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 ml cream
- 120 ml milk
- 2 water glass cream (cold)
For the Frosting
- Ülker Dark Couverture Chocolate (grated)
- Strawberries
Method
Pour milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to boil – mix constantly. Remove from heat when boiled.
Whisk egg yolks in a mixing bowl. Add to it some of the heated cream and milk; gently whisk again. Don’t let the egg scramble. Pour the egg back into the saucepan with the rest of the milk and cream; mix rapidly. Transfer half of the mixture into a separate saucepan.
Chop Ülker Dark Couverture Chocolate into small pieces, add to one of the saucepans; stir until chocolate completely melts. Repeat the same step in the other saucepan with Ülker White Chocolate Flakes.
Transfer 1 glass of cold cream to a mixing bowl and whisk with a mixer for 1 - 2 minutes on high. Slowly add your Ülker Dark Couverture Chocolate sauce into the cream and evenly mix together. Be sure to mix it from bottom to top with a spatula so that the cream doesn’t deflate. When melted Ülker Dark Couverture Chocolate sauce and cream mixed well, pour into dessert glasses.
Mix the rest 1 glass of cold cream in a separate mixing bowl whisk with a mixer on high. Slowly add Ülker White Chocolate Flakes into the cream. Mix it from bottom to top with a spatula so that the cream doesn’t deflate. When melted Ülker White Chocolate Flakes sauce and cream mixed well, pour into dessert glasses. Place the glasses in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours until the mousse sets. Serve with grated chocolate and strawberries.
