- 120 g Ülker Dark Chocolate Flakes
- 80 g Ülker White Chocolate Flakes
- 100 ml cream
- 200 g shredded kadaif (shredded filo pastry)
Finely chop kadaif, place on a baking tray, and roast in oven until golden brown. Transfer roasted kadaif into a large mixing bowl.
Meanwhile, boil cream in a saucepan. Add Ülker Dark and White Chocolate Flakes. Remove from stove, thoroughly stir everything together until the chocolate melts.
Pour melted chocolate over the kadaif and mix well. Break off small pieces and roll into balls. Lay each ball on a sheet baking. Place in the fridge until the chocolate sets. Serve.
